Spirit Night Request

Spirit Nights are a great option to help you fundraise for your school, church, or local non-profit. Simply invite the community on your designated Spirit Night day and time, and your organization will receive a percentage of total sales from supporters. Please complete the Spirit Night request form below and allow 7 business days for a response.

Who: Any approved non-profit local organization looking for a fun and simple fundraiser!

Location: Chick-fil-A Raeford Rd., 2727 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303

Dates: Tuesday or Thursday nights

Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What: Chick-fil-A will donate 10% of the sales your organization brings to the restaurant during your Spirit Night. Receipts placed in the box during the Spirit Night – through dining in, carry-out or Drive Thru – will be tracked, compiled, and tabulated. Mobile orders are not eligible for this fundraiser.

How much can my organization receive?

Your organization is required to bring in a minimum of $500 in sales. After the event, Chick-fil-A will send you a check for 10% of sales. (i.e.: Sales of $500 = $50 Check)

  • Cow is a favorite with guests of all ages! If we have adequate staffing, the Chick-fil-A Cow will be able to make an appearance at your event.

  • This varies, but we will start out with one each semester (August –December/January – June) and make sure we have enough nights for other non-profits to be involved. Then we will add a second night for those interested. We suggest hosting no more than two Spirit Nights per semester so the event doesn’t lose excitement (and possible revenue).

  • The key to the most successful spirit nights is excellent marketing strategy by your organization. It is possible to raise $2000 in fundraising. Your success hinges on starting early to promote your event and getting all members on board to generate excitement about the evening.

  • After the event we will calculate the funds and write a check to your organization from Chick-fil-
A. You should receive your check within 7-10 business days after the event, on either the 15th or the 30th of the month.

  • No. Flyers should be distributed in advance and are for those supporting your organization.

  • After confirming a date, you are expected to begin marketing the night through calendars, Facebook, Twitter, text messages, events, and notes to parents and volunteers. Make it exciting!
